MEET YOUR BARTENDER

Isaías Alonso grew up in the small rural community of Talea De Castro planted high up in the Sierra’s of Oaxaca, Mexico Steeped in heritage and tradition. Indigenous Oaxacan people from the mountain region are referred to as El Serrano’s. He spent much of his youth planting coffee in the hills far from his home and absorbed the traditional methods through living them.

He moved to Los Angeles in his twenties and instantly started working in the hospitality industry. He has been there ever since. He enjoys engaging with people from all over, and is known for his warm demeanour and humour. He takes care of his customers and always aims to provide an unforgettable experience.
